PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
Our projects and programs are unique to our movement and are aimed at empowering People with Disabilities (PwDs) and their families out of poverty with person-centred approach and strategies. Across the globe, PwDs are among the most vulnerable individuals and have been suffering extreme forms of social neglect and exclusion.
BartMeph delivers innovative, evidence-based programs and initiatives to support, educate , skill train PwDs for achieve socio-economic independence. Our projects and programs are tailored to break down social isolation and alleviate the impact of disability discrimination.
Our goal is to provide long-term solutions to persons with disabilities through innovative equipment solutions, education, training and employment. BartMeph’s key performance measures are the reach and impact of our programs on the lives of vulnerable PwDs and their families.
BETA Program
The BartMeph Education, Training & Apprentice (BETA) Program empowers individuals with disabilities through education, training, and employment to achieve socio-economic independence. We believe that every person has special talents and sometimes all that is needed are programs that are willing to listen and understand the needs of each client and develop a structured path to success.
The BETA Program provides individually tailored support, education or training for each client to maximise employment opportunities and long term socio-economic independence.
BM Share Day IDPwD
BartMeph Share Day raises awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability in the community coupled with distribution of disability assistive equipment , fulfil Christmas wishes, and celebration of International Day of People with Disability (IDPWD) . The program matches individuals with disabilities with equipment and assistive technologies solutions to enhance the independence and quality of life of persons with disabilities. A wide range of equipment and assistive technologies including mobility aids like Crutches, Walking sticks, Wheelchairs, scooters, frames etc.
Volunteer Program
Pioneering a world of inclusion with an ‘I Am the Solution’ attitude . Volunteering expands your skills and experience, increases your employability and is a way to stay active and engaged with the community. The program uses volunteering as a people-centred approach to capacity development. Volunteers also get the opportunity to attain a lifetime achievement of the BETA Program Appreciation Certificate which is can be valuable in enhancing one's professional and personal achievements
Employer Program
Pioneering a world of inclusion with an ‘I Am the Solution’ attitude local businesses and corporations take the initiative to create employment for persons with disabilities, provide access to apprenticeships, traineeships and a wide variety of open work opportunities. The program engage businesses and corporations to uphold corporate responsibility and commitment to diversity and inclusion of persons with disabilities within the workforce.
Assistance Program
Pioneering a global community network of support with an ‘I Am the Solution’ attitude. We are dedicated to working with people with all types of with disabilities, all ages and all levels of ability. The program advocate and drive for fun and global opportunities such as social assistance, legal free Pro bono legal assistance , the Collage Competition draws , the BETA Hub and many others
BETA Loan Fund Program
Pioneering a ‘Ripple Effect in Sustainable Financial Program’ that enables apprentices to obtain financial assistance and give back to help others secure the same opportunity. Through the BartMeph Education , Training Apprentice (BETA) Loan Fund Application Agreement persons with disabilities have access to opportunities to attain the necessary skills, certificates and requirement to maximise employment opportunities and long-term socio-economic independence
