We believe persons with disabilities have the right to work in real jobs for real wages.



Real jobs for real wages give people with intellectual disability the financial independence, social connections and choices available to other in the community. Employers who participant and engage persons with disabilities create a workforce diverse in age, culture, life experience and ability.


There are a number of reasons that make finding and keeping a job harder for some people with disabilities e.g. an injury, chronic health condition or disability, can make it difficult to get and keep a job.

Pioneering a world of inclusion with an ‘I Am the Solution’ attitude local businesses and corporations take the initiative to create employment for persons with disabilities, provide access to apprenticeships, traineeships and a wide variety of open work opportunities. The program engage businesses and corporations to uphold corporate responsibility and commitment to diversity and inclusion of persons with disabilities within the workforce.


The program provides employers with support and assist in selecting and hiring enthusiastic job seekers on our database or technical and vocational education and training support of the apprentices to ensure they are eligible to fill employment vacancies available. In other instances wage support where resources available through the Disability Apprentice Wage Support (DAWS).
