The BETA Program provides individually tailored support, education or training for each client to maximise employment opportunities and long term socio-economic independence. This programs is unique to our movement and empowers People with Disabilities (PwDs) and their families out of poverty with person-centered approach and strategies. The program has been successful in breaking down social isolation and alleviate the impact of disability discrimination

We aim to assist persons with disabilities to build a career not just get a job and help them decide what kind of job and career they would like by doing the following;
• Access to training, education to develop work skills
• Preparing a resume to highlight clients skills and work experience
• Assisting persons to search for the right job;
• Improving clients interview skills and technique
• Overcome any identified barriers
• Assist persons to keep their job, once they get a job
